Kids and the power to dream!

Give them a head start!

In the the midst of continuously finding ways to develop ourselves either thru personal development, training, reading and networking, one way for you to really appreciate the value of leadership is by paying it forward.

Over the years I've been lucky as I'm always involved in multiple CSR projects revolving around children welfare or student development.

Put aside the hustle and bustle of our daily working life, and try to set aside a time to share your life experience with the young ones around us. Its great if you can do that with university students, kids at schools or even within an association. If that's not possible then we can start off with our family members.

The more exposure and inspiring stories they hear, we may have ignited a child's mind and help them formalize a dream, and who knows even inspire them to go for it!

Here's a throwback photo circa 2013 when I was speaking to a group of students in a school that was built to help a community of students whose parents aren't so well to do.

It was tough when we reached the school to see the condition that they were in. But what was clear, is that kids will always be kids. They are dreamers and they have a world ahead of them.
